CABIN RATES Saturday - Saturday seasonal rates run May 17 - October 4, 2008. Rentals before and after those dates are based on a three night minimum. Check-in after 2:00 pm. Check-out by 9:00 am. Deposit: A deposit by personal or certified check in the amount of one-half of the total cost of your planned stay plus a $100 fully refundable damage deposit will secure your reservation. Sorry we do not take credit cards. The balance is to be paid upon check-in and may be paid by personal check, traveler's check or cash. Should you need to cancel, deposits are refundable only if and when the vacancy is filled minus a $25 service charge. A partial refund can not be made should you decide to leave early. Damage deposits are fully refundable when the cabins and watercraft are left clean and undamaged. WATERCRAFT RATES You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own boat and motor. Each cabin has its own pier and you may also dock at the boathouse. Launching facilities are convenient and easy to put in and take out. For the comfort of our guests, please no jet skis or wave runners. All watercraft rentals include lifevests, a throwable life cushion and anchor. The renter is responsible for damage or loss incurred when renting boats and motors.
